Renovation and extension.
We were undertaking an extension to our Grade 2 listed Tudor property and it was vital that the newly built part blended seamlessly with the existing building. We engaged Brickfield due to their very well thought through tender submission which demonstrated a sensitivity to protecting the existing building and garden,
including a 200 year old wisteria which had to be suspended to allow the work to take place without harming it.
Brickfield’s attention to detail and the care that they took to ensure that everything was done to the highest standard was reassuring and resulted in a very successful addition to a beautiful Tudor property. From the careful choice of materials to the brainstorming sessions when issues arose (as is inevitable with a historic building), it was clear that Brickfield were as concerned with the quality and the aesthetics of the work as I was. I found working with Brickfield to be as stress free as possible and would like to congratulate Will, Jules and the team on a very successful outcome to a complicated project.
